Thanks for stopping by Republic of Jam, purveyors of artisan fruit preserves in the Willamette Valley. RoJ is located in beautiful Carlton, Oregon, about an hour from Portland, in the heart of wine country. In keeping with the wonderful wine tasting rooms in our area, we run our store as a jam tasting room where you can try a flight of jams paired or prepared in ways to make you think beyond toast at breakfast — though our jams are fantastic that way, too!

Please note that we will be closed Easter Sunday, March 31st. Otherwise, see below for our hours:

Our tasting room, at 211 W Main Street in Carlton, Oregon is currently open for jam tastings Thursday and Friday from noon-5 pm; Saturday and Sunday from 10 am -5 pm, and Monday from noon-5 pm.  Swanky Tastes (sweet and savory bites of food prepared with our jams) are available Friday – Sunday.  You can also visit our online store to shop for jams.
